SEBI Notification: Pertaining to the IPO irregularities order of 2007, restraining KFintech's role as a Registrar to various corporate IPO’s, SEBI has, on 3rd Feb 2014, disposed of the proceedings on this matter pertaining to KCPL, without passing any further directions. SEBI clarified that no fresh penalty will be imposed and the company can continue business as usual. Hence, the matter has now come to a finality without any further implication or impact on our business and the company continues to undertake regular business in an unfettered manner.
